Elegant Help is a handy tool for rapid creation of HTML-based help and documentation systems for use on the Web, corporate intranets, and CD-ROMs. Documentation projects can be created from scratch or by converting existing HTML Help (chm) files. The program is designed to be easy to use while providing many advanced features and customization options.
